Over the years, Sean has demonstrated exceptional leadership, spearheading key initiatives that have positioned OnQ as an industry leader. In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer, he expanded his responsibilities far beyond the typical scope, providing executive oversight across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Administration, Training and Development, and Customer Success.

Sean’s strategic vision has been vital to OnQ’s success. He personally cultivated and closed new business deals, played a pivotal role in the company’s recent rebranding, and created OnQ-University, the company’s core employee development program. Sean has been instrumental in recruiting and developing key talent and has personally mentored every member of the senior leadership team, ensuring that OnQ’s leadership is aligned with the company’s vision and values. Additionally, Sean led the restructuring of OnQ’s operational divisions to enhance client service quality, and he developed the Management Information Systems department to support the company’s expanding needs.

Sean led OnQ’s expansion to both Kenya and India, playing a crucial role in establishing these operations from the ground up. His contributions toward the company’s growing international presence have OnQ on-track to realize its goal of a global footprint on five continents.

Sean’s leadership has not gone unnoticed on the global stage. Contact Center World, Inc. recognized him as the Best Contact Center Executive in the World for both 2021 and 2022—an accolade that underscores his exceptional contributions to the industry.
