Jack
McBride
Chief Executive Officer
Jack McBride, CEO
Jack McBride serves as Chief Executive Officer of ONQ providing tactical and strategic solutions for clients. A driven and effective business leader with expertise in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, finance and accounting, risk management, and process improvement, Jack has over twenty years of successful operations, finance and accounting experience, bringing a wealth of financial and operational expertise, particularly in the area of process analytics and profitability improvement. Mr. McBride understands what motivates and sustains healthcare industry professionals and knows what healthcare organizations need in order to maintain viability in a highly competitive market.
Prior to forming ONQ, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Orion-RMI, where developed financial structures to improve the performance of the organization and clients. In this role, he also designed a business intelligence tool to create market differentiation. Before this, he worked in finance and mergers and acquisitions for two Fortune 100 companies.
Mr. McBride holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Sean D.
Hammerle
Chief Operating Officer
Sean D. Hammerle, COO
Prior to joining ONQ, Sean served as the chief development officer for several social service, educational and arts organizations and served as the President/Chair of several non-profit boards. He remains actively involved with several US and international organizations within the charitable, business, and political communities.
Sean received his B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University. He was classically trained in opera performance and competitively raced and coached triathlon, both of which enhance his sense of focus, appreciation for detail and his drive for success.

Alan
Nottingham
Chief Financial Officer
Alan Nottingham, CFO
Alan began his career in tax accounting in the Dallas, TX office of Arthur Anderson. He then chose to move into Healthcare Administration and worked as the Business Office Director for Southwest Diagnostic Imaging. From there, Alan joined RMI as Director of Operations where he successfully managed the operations and many client relationships through many years of significant growth for RMI.
Alan has been a National and Texas RBMA member since 1996. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Edwin
Cuc
Chief Information Officer
Edwin Cuc, CIO
Edwin’s experience includes software development for both Open Source and .NET Enterprise projects. Additionally, he is experienced with business intelligence environments including setup for client facing web reporting.
Prior to joining ONQ, Edwin was the Director of Information Technology for a national revenue cycle management organization where he managed software developers and IT infrastructure support group in direct support of the revenue cycle management process.
Edwin holds an MBA in Internal Business from the University of St. Thomas, alongside an M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from Texas Southern University.

Paulo E.
Santos

Paulo E. Santos, VP of Sales and Marketing
Paulo E. Santos serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ONQ. He is responsible for sales and marketing initiatives for the company and overseeing marketing initiatives and programs. Paulo has over 25 years of healthcare sales experience and includes pharmaceuticals, capital equipment sales in radiology, revenue cycle management, and healthcare financial software.
Before joining ONQ, Paulo created and led a sales and marketing team for a regional radiology RCM firm. He was a vital member of the team that took the company national.
Paulo received his B.S in Finance and Marketing from the Indiana University School of Business. Paulo is an energetic, optimistic, and focused sales leader who enjoys long-distance endurance events such as triathlons, cycling, and running events. In addition, he enjoys volunteering for Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an organization providing beds to kids who are currently sleeping on the floor because their families cannot afford a bed. Paulo is bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Alvarez

Edith Alvarez, Vice President of Operations
Edith began working at ONQ as a customer service representative in May 2015. Her talents and perspective allowed her to fly through the supervisory and management ranks. As Vice President of Operations, she works closely with different customer service and business processing outsourcing teams.
Edith was born in Santiago, Panama and raised in Miami. She studied medical assistance before returning to Panama in 2013. She enjoys cooking, baking and is a huge fan of 80’s movies.

Caitlin
Morvidelli
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Caitlin Morvidelli, Vice President of Finance and Administration
Caitlin’s track record and can-do attitude earned her a promotion in early 2022 that came with the responsibility of supporting ONQ’s CFO. While this role necessitates a new focus on expanding her finance and accounting knowledge, she continues to support the leadership of our Human Resources Department as ONQ grows globally.
Caitlin was born and raised in western Massachusetts before attending Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. She graduated college Cum Laude with a major in Biology and a minor in Philosophy. She first arrived in Panama as a Peace Corps volunteer and now has over sixteen years of experience in bilingual, cross-cultural public and private work environments in the country.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys discovering new craft beers, rescuing cats, and playing board games with her family. Her favorite quote is by Maya Angelou: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”

Lucas
Fuentes
Vice President of Training and Development
Lucas Fuentes, Vice President of Training and Development
Lucas Fuentes is the Vice President of Training and Development for ONQ and oversees all aspects of training, including client onboarding, training new hires, all client-specific instruction, and HIPAA certification. Lucas joined ONQ in October 2014 as a customer service representative. He was soon part of the training team, where he has served as an assistant trainer, training supervisor, assistant training manager, and training manager. He has more than five years of experience as a trainer in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
Lucas was previously a customer service representative and later supervisor in Sitel for Iberia Airlines. He is an attorney and earned his law degree from Universidad de Panama in 2011.

Aydee
Riera
Director of Billing Operations
Aydee Riera, Director of Billing Operations
Aydee facilitates the relationship between our clients and their team of associates to ensure that ONQ can provide the highest possible level of customer service. She joined ONQ in 2014 as a customer service representative. In no time at all, she promoted through the ranks and was supervising her own customer service team. She was soon a member of the management team and joined ONQ’s senior leadership in 2020.
Aydee was born and raised in Santiago, a small town in Panama. She attended a private bilingual school where she earned a Bachelor of Sciences and Arts. She graduated from law school at the University of Panama and studied a six-month business English course at the Language Gallery in Toronto, Canada. She enjoys dancing, traveling overseas, and spending time with her family.

Asira

Asira Seixas, Director of Accounts Receivable
Asira is nothing short of an accounts receivable expert. She manages multiple clients and provides the first-class service for which ONQ is known.
Dubbed one of the “Originals,” Asira was part of the first group of trainees that joined ONQ in 2013, and she worked with our very first client. She steadily progressed through the ONQ supervisory and management ranks and became director of Revenue Cycle Management for Accounts Receivable in 2021.
Though born in Puerto Rico, Asira is definitely Panamanian at heart. She earned both a Bachelor of English Language and Master of Applied Linguistics degree from the University of Panama. When not working, you might find her dancing or caring for her pets.

Reinaldo was born in Santiago and raised in Bocas del Toro. He has a degree in marketing and international business.

JuanCa is an industrial engineer with a post-graduate degree in management. His personal passion is travel, and he loves getting to know new people and places.

Obed Peart, Senior Director of Technology
Obed joined ONQ in 2014 as a customer service representative, and due to his exemplary work ethic, knowledge in technology and automation, he quickly ascended the levels of leadership before being promoted to the senior management team.
His passion and enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology led him to the automation division as a senior IT analyst before he was promoted to his current position that he holds today, Senior Director of Technology.
Obed was born in Panama and raised in Miami, Florida. He enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time with his wife and family.

Yara

Yara Infante, Director of Knowledge Management
She is focused on innovation, on improving performance and ONQ’s competitive advantage through the sharing of lessons learned and facilitation of the continuous combination, transfer, and conversion of knowledge within the company.
Yara currently lives in Florida. Her favorites hobbies are creating new recipes and crafting in her workshop.

Armando Lee, Director of Robotic Process Automation
Armando Lee works to keep ONQ on the leading edge of outsourcing technology. He is our director of Automation and manages the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team.
Armando joined ONQ in 2014 as a workforce supervisor for a new client. Overseeing the team required scheduling personnel to work based on call volumes while balancing the daily workload. More than five years of experience in client relations, a background in computer science, and knowledge of multiple source codes made him a natural choice to support – and now lead – our automation program.
Born and raised in Veraguas, Panama, Armando is a passionate home cook and proud “cat dad.” He enjoys spending time with his family playing board and card games.

Patricia Ferran
Director of Management Information Systems
Patricia Ferran, Associate Director of Billing Operations
Patricia Ferran started at ONQ in 2014 as a customer service representative and was quickly tapped to supervise a customer service team. In no time, she moved up to a management position working with customer service and global labor outsourcing, before starting a brief adventure with ONQ’s automation team. Her more than ten years of experience working in contact centers provides tremendous value and perspective to the senior leadership team on which she has served since 2021.
Patricia earned a degree in finance from the University of Panama, and she is also a certified Life Coach. She is a huge sports fan, enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Ayescka Ramos

Ayescka Ramos, Associate Director of Accounts Receivable
Ayescka works closely with her director to oversee the performance of our AR teams to offer timely solutions to any challenges and ensure excellence in the service ONQ provides all of our AR clients.
Ayescka is one of the company’s “Originals,” who joined ONQ in 2013. She began as an AR agent with ONQ’s very first client, and three years later, she was promoted to supervisor of the rejections team for that client. Her strong leadership skills and impressive sense of responsibility were recognized with a promotion to assistant manager of a new clients, and later manager of these new accounts. She has truly climbed the ladder, serving impressively in every role below her current title. This experience affords her a special perspective to for appreciating how to grow talent and develop leaders.
Ayescka was born and raised in Santiago, in the Veraguas province in Panama. She earned a Bachelor of English Language as well as a teaching degree from the University of Panama. In her free time, she enjoys perfecting her gaming skills and spending quality time with her family.

When ONQ goes big, we can confidently turn to Al Yap for support. He has the experience of managing one of ONQ’s largest projects involving more than 100 employees. In his current role, Al reviews and monitors employee objectives, long-term goals, job trajectory, and overall contribution to their client and to the company.
Al is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking both in and out of the workplace. He is driven by client satisfaction and takes great pride in providing clients with the best service possible.
When away from the office, Al enjoys time with his family and pet, as well as socializing in various sports tournaments.

Lourdes Fonseca
Associate Director of Sales and Marketing
Lourdes Fonseca, Associate Director, Sales & Marketing
Creativity and enthusiasm are among the assets that Lourdes brings to every task she undertakes. She joined ONQ in 2016 as a supervisor of billing operations, and her attitude was a big part of the reason she was tapped to join our Sales and Marketing team just three short years later. In addition to developing sales campaigns and reviewing and analyzing potential leads, she manages all company social media channels, strategies and activities. She takes great pride in knowing her work has a significant impact at ONQ.
Lourdes has worked in customer service for various companies since she was 18 years old. This experience provides a seasoned perspective to her work with clients. She can always be counted on because she consistently delivers quality results.
When she isn’t busy finding new leads, Lourdes enjoys traveling to nearby beaches with friends and spending time with her dogs, Phoenix and Dixie.

Benjamin Gonzalez

Benjamin’s competence in software development and computer language modalities is extensive. He joined ONQ in 2018 as a customer support representative, progressed swiftly into a management position, and is now an Associate Director of Management Information Systems supervising I.T.
Passionate about learning and implementing difficult computer programs such as Visual Basic for Application, DAX language for Power BI, HTML, JSON, and JavaScript, he considers it a need. He is committed to making program procedures transparent and comprehensible. Benjamin, a devoted leader who leads by example, demonstrates his work ethic and dedication to quality, which affords his teams the possibility for advancement within ONQ.
Benjamin was born in Panama and began working for ONQ in Veraguas in 2018. He appreciates time spent with his family. The oldest of his three amazing children, aged 3, 4, and 6, enjoys wearing glasses like his father. The day he became a father was the finest gift he ever received.

Jose, a systems technician, was born in the city of Santiago Veraguas, Panama. Since joining ONQ in November 2015, he has expanded his knowledge of network management and technical problem resolution. Jose admires the technology industry and is dedicated to enhancing his skills and knowledge in the field.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and playing with dogs. He also likes playing soccer with his friends. Riding a bicycle and discovering new and thrilling locations is an ongoing passion of his, which he pursues whenever the opportunity arises.

Fridah

Fridah Mumbi, Operations Manager at ONQ KENYA
As the Operations Manager for ONQ’s KENYA office, Fridah provides a wide range of managerial abilities and highly competent operations experience. Her effectiveness in demonstrating strategic techniques of operation, performance, and compliance is impeccable.
She became a member of the ONQ Kenya family in October 2021, when the corporate company expanded their outsourcing services and opened a brand-new office in Kenya. She began as a customer service representative but was rapidly promoted to Assistant Manager, then Manager and is now the Operations Manager. She supervises teams, supervisors and managers, to ensure that the best policy practices are adhered to and that all office employees have the resources they need to provide excellent and efficient services to ONQ’s clients and partners.
Fridah holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy with a minor in Political Science and Development Studies. She enjoys music, singing (we have heard her sing, and she has a lovely voice), reading, and cooking.

Dennis

Dennis Mwaniki, Assistant Operations Manager at ONQ KENYA
Dennis is the Assistant Operations Manager for ONQ’s Kenya Office, where he assists the Operations Manager in overseeing the organization’s daily operations. He is dedicated to fostering a productive and achievement-oriented work environment and ensures that any operational issues or concerns are addressed promptly. Dennis also supervises teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Dennis joined ONQ in February 2022 as a Bot Monitor and quickly distinguished himself with his technological knowledge, strong work ethic, and outstanding performance. He was soon promoted to Lead IT Associate, where he oversaw the Kenyan office’s operations, and eventually rose to his current position as Assistant Operations Manager (ONQ Kenya).
In addition to his managerial experience, Dennis has two years of Python programming experience with a focus on web development, data cleaning, and visualization. When he’s not at work, Dennis enjoys playing Roll ball, going on road trips, and watching football.

Mithun

Mithun Sai Krishna Kambila, Operations Manager at ONQ India
Mithun contributes eight years of experience in the US Medical Billing Industry and a strong dedication to quality, productivity, and revenue generating methodologies. He joined ONQ India as an Accounts Receivable consultant with the inauguration of ONQ India’s new office. His understanding and application of the more complex principles of RCM, denial management, and claim resolution led to his advancement to ONQ India Operations Manager.
Mithun’s professional expertise as Operations Manager has allowed him to assist ONQ’s clients and partners in enhancing their billing operations and achieving their KPIs on time and with the best quality of work. Due to his drive and enthusiasm for revenue cycle management, he exemplifies dedication and strong results.
Mithun obtained a degree in the Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JNTUH University. His interests include long-term growth strategy and client involvement. He has participated in multiple social events and has represented businesses. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing console games.

Raghupathi was born and raised in the rural India community of Kandugula. He completed his Bachelor of Science with a Pharmacy Degree at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad. He began working at ONQ on March 14, 2022, as a Senior payment posting agent based out of ONQ India.
He enjoys spending quality time with his friends and watching sports. Additionally, he is a huge Tennis and Football fan.
