Happy Friday, QFamily Partners!

I am getting used to this semi-monthly update. I am happy that our numbers have improved so much in Panama that even though it has been two weeks since the last update, there is no significant increase. We have some of our lowest new infection data over the past week. According to last night’s report by the Ministry of Health (MINSA), Panama’s numbers have risen to 357,704, with 6,152 deaths. As of today, the country has administered 456,929 vaccines.

Panama Ministry of Health approved the Chinese CoronaVac vaccine’s emergency use, from the pharmaceutical house SinovaC, against COVID-19.

One year ago, the QFamily Leadership Team showed off their dancing moves in honor of frontline medical workers and first responders. We still today want to continue to show our support to those helping to heal the world.

Today is another graduation with us welcoming 27 new members of the QFamily. On Monday, we will present our Core Values meeting to more than 50 potential agents! We have so much going on, and we just started the second quarter of the year!

Our virtual management retreat was a hit! Everyone felt that the team engaged with each other much more virtually, and we ended the day-long work session with a virtual pub crawl! I plan to continue growing this virtual leadership training with the rest of the company leadership throughout this year!

For the first time since before the pandemic, we will soon welcome our first in-person client training. ONQ’s newest partner will train their new team in our Santiago office starting April 19. I will keep everyone posted in the next update on what I am sure will be a resounding success!

Again, and as always, we are hoping for you and your loved ones’ safety and well-being.

Stay safe out there!
