How to motivate yourself to change your behavior

As human beings, we all have some negative behavior that we would like to change, and probably we would like to help someone else to do the same. It could be a friend, a family member, or a teammate. The objective of this course is to provide some tips and share some research about how we can motivate ourselves to change a negative behavior and then help others.
