Lucas Fuentes embodies all of these values in his work. Lucas joined the QFamily as a customer service representative in 2014. From his first days on the job, he has become invaluable to the team.
Today, Lucas oversees every aspect of training. These aspects include onboarding, new hire training, client-focused instruction and HIPAA certification.
His team leadership contributes to ONQ’s environment of excellence. Lucas utilizes his attorney experience to improve customer service and help and train his team members to do the same. With an experienced background in medical billing and revenue cycle management, Lucas has the skill that he needs to stay both efficient and effective.
Lucas remains passionate about his work. He is an innovative thinker who helps ONQ improve their customer service daily.
