Ontario, Canada, March 2022 — The ONQ team proudly announces numerous honors for the 2021 Contact Center World Awards. Three regions typically present awards at their annual conferences in the Americas, Europe-Middle East-Africa, and the Asia Pacific. Due to COVID, the 2021 awards ceremonies were delayed and later changed to virtual. In October 2021, ONQ won in all five nominated categories in the Americas Region competition. After the three regions have presented their awards, the best of each competes for “Best in the World.” ONQ proudly swept the five categories in which they competed at the World competition. Often described as “the Olympics for the contact center world,” these awards represent over 205,000 contact center industry professionals from more than 80 countries.

Not only did ONQ win several company awards, but individual ONQ leaders won awards of their own. ONQ’s individual winners include:

Caitlin Morvidelli for Best Contact Center Support Professional in the World, Human Resources

Lucas Fuentes for Best Contact Center Trainer in the World

Sean D. Hammerle for Best Contact Center Executive in the World

ONQ is proud of its winners, not just for their awards but also for their work to earn them. These team members have created a family-like culture at ONQ. They continue to uphold ONQ’s core values of value creation, can-do attitude, commitment to quality, and elevate others.

As a company, ONQ won the award for Best Contact Center Customer Service in the World and Best Crisis Management Campaign in the World for its response to COVID-19.

Furthermore, ONQ won two Industry Champion Awards. These awards go to the company that receives the most votes from the contact center community. Each country has only one winner. Award recipients are those who shape the industry through innovation, leadership, and exceptional service. ONQ’s own Sean D. Hammerle won the Individual Industry Champion Award, while ONQ won the Company Industry Champion Award.

Finally, the ONQ team was thrilled to receive the Dream Team Award. The DREAM acronym stands for:

  • Develop
  • Reward
  • Energize
  • Appreciate
  • Motivate

In other words, this award goes to companies that value their people. Winners must demonstrate an investment in their employees by helping them grow, succeed, and move forward in the business. ONQ was the only company to receive the Dream Team Award in the Americas region.

The ONQ team is both humbled and honored for their awards, and they’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with other professionals in the contact center industry. ONQ remains a top choice for those who want the best contact center globally. In 2022 and beyond, ONQ will maintain its commitment to excellent service and leadership.
