2021 has been quite a fantastic year for the QFamily as we opened offices on two other continents. Our ONQ Kenya agents are doing an exceptional job, and we will welcome our first class in ONQ India next month! As winners of several awards at the Contact Center World Awards Americas Region, ONQ will compete at the global level next month for:

Many on the operations side have had the opportunity to work with Edith Alvarez, and I am proud to announce that many more will get to work with her in her new role as Vice President of Operations. Edith started with ONQ seven years ago as an agent and has continually excelled in every position she has held, most recently as Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management. Everyone at ONQ is exceptionally proud of her, and I am looking forward to seeing her grow in her new role.
