Each decade brings significant changes to healthcare. Today it’s about processing
claims efficiently and working smarter than ever before. To do that effectively, your healthcare organization needs to leverage adaptive technology while paying strict attention to your greatest cost – labor. OnQ is committed to reshaping the way that labor outsourcing is delivered and we start with a personalized, service-driven approach. We align your interests with our talent and global resources to improve processes, lower business-operating costs, and increase productivity. We offer solutions for the entire revenue cycle.
Each client is assigned a dedicated team who become intimately familiar with your account. Teams are comprised of highly-educated, bilingual (English and Spanish), enthusiastic operators managed by on-site U.S. healthcare executives at our near-shore offices in Panama. Our associates are put through a rigorous interview process that enables OnQ to hire the best of the best and are continuously measured for quality, consistency and efficiency.
Staying competitive and quickly adjusting to market changes is crucial. Remaining nimble requires a dedicated team in your corner that cares about your business as much as you do. OnQ isn’t here to be just another outsourcing company…we stand ready to partner with you to solve the challenges you face.
Training
OnQ provides a comprehensive training program for its associates that includes HIPAA Privacy and Security, an in-depth review of the U.S. Healthcare System, healthcare billing terminology, the patient experience and the revenue cycle management process. This training is provided by U.S. healthcare executives who manage the operation on-site which significantly enhances the training by providing specific details from a seasoned professional about the billing process, various types of insurance plans, insurance claims, clearinghouses, payment posting and reconciliation, insurance EOBs, insurance denials and more.
In Systems training, OnQ provides an introduction to systems used for billing, claims submission, rejections, follow‐up, claim denials management and other aspects of the revenue cycle. Additionally, we provide ongoing customer service training that empowers our associates with world‐class communication skills. ICD-10 training is also provided using the World Health Organization’s (WHO) electronic, interactive module providing education on the structure of the new classification system.
OnQ recognizes the importance of proper training in your organization. Once associates are assigned to a dedicated client team, OnQ works directly with you to ensure the team is trained to your standards in processes, protocols and corporate culture.
