How to register a Patient’s order sent by the Facility into the patient’s account days and even weeks in advance, we must add the information into a system called Royal. The information will be based on what we have on the order. To index this information, we need to have at least Pt’s name, Referring Dr., and Procedure Code so that we can add this manually, then the scheduler can go ahead and see the order form with all the information, contact the Patient, and schedule the appointment with them.
