CSR has changed my life for the better

This course is about the experience of being a customer service rep, since the day I started on the company till now. It is intended to all employees whether CSR or BPO agents. The main purpose of the course is to share the personal growth I’ve had because of this job and provide some tips to achieve production and quality on the calls or any other assigned task.
